SUPPORT TEAM
Another important quality in successful building of your custom home is the strength of the builder, management team, and tradesmen. We have two project mangers who work with the builder to oversee all aspects of construction. We also have many long term relationships with many of the top tradesmen in our area.
The third part of our team is our warranty service department. These staff not only handle servicing our clients home after move in, but they perform the critical tasks of finishing the punch items before move in.
