All throughout construction we use our construction checklists to meet our quality expectations and then nearing completion our punch list personnel checks on all the final details.

Builder Service & Availability

A crucial element in the completion process of a successful custom home is the availability of the counsel and input of an experienced custom builder. There are so many elements that go into a custom home where the input from a long-term builder can make a huge difference on floor plan, window lighting and hundreds of other areas unique to your home. A vital part of Tom's service to his clients is his daily availability to his clients during all phases of the construction process. The Ertl Homes team of its construction manager and punch list personnel are an additional support to our customer service and home building experience.
